Whether you're curious about reformer pilates for the first time, have a question about a specific membership, or want to flag a health consideration before your first session — we're here.
Common questions.
Absolutely — and it's one of the most common reasons people come to us. The reformer uses spring resistance which means you're never fighting gravity alone. Our instructors adjust spring settings and exercise progressions for each person individually.
Fitted, comfortable workout clothes work best. Grip socks are essential and are provided complimentary for all members at every session.
A hard maximum of six clients per session. That limit is the foundation of what makes Flow different — your instructor can watch every person throughout the entire class.
In many cases, yes — and reformer pilates is frequently recommended by physiotherapists for back rehabilitation. Mention any injuries when you enquire so your instructor can prepare appropriately.
You choose a session count per month and pick any available days that work for you. Sessions don't roll over, but there's no lock-in contract — you can cancel or pause with 30 days' notice.
Cancellations made more than 12 hours before your session are fully refunded or rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations within 12 hours may forfeit the session fee.
Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first session. For all subsequent sessions, 5 minutes is plenty. Classes start promptly.
