Absolutely. All of our classes are suitable for complete beginners. Our instructors adjust spring resistance and exercises individually — so you'll always be challenged at the right level. Many of our most committed members started with no pilates experience at all.
Wear comfortable, fitted clothing that lets you move freely — leggings or shorts and a fitted top work well. Grip socks are required on the reformer; we provide them if you don't have your own.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your session. This gives you time to check in, store your belongings, and get settled on the reformer so we can start on time.
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before your session through your booking confirmation or by contacting the studio. Late cancellations may forfeit the session credit.
No prior experience is needed. We offer beginner-friendly sessions and our instructors guide you through setup, breathing, and form from your very first class.
